The scope of work for this project involved excavation of approximately 1.51 million cubic yards of dirt, including 125,000 cubic yards of dirt for building foundation
excavation and 135,000 cubic yards for three detention ponds. Storm drainage
improvements included 5,744 linear feet of reinforced concrete storm drainage pipe rangin from 18 inch to 60 inch diameter;
realignment of 2,000 linear feet of statewaters; 43,000 tons of riprap placement; 35,000 tons of GAB placement; 64,400 linear feet of silt fence and 100 acres of permanent grassing. Relocation and restoration of 2,485 linear feet of existing stream was
also completed, and bypass pumping was required in some locations.
