This program ensures that our team-members are geared for success, and ultimately, secures our clients and our company’s success as well.

Our Performance Management System begins within the hiring process. During this process we take the time to understand an individual’s goals, capabilities, and career expectations, in order to place them in a position where they and C.A. Murren can be most successful. Once the employee has gained clear feedback and incentives, based on performance results, the process helps to create direction that feeds into the next performance cycle.

The Performance Management System is our organized method of communicating mutual performance expectations, monitoring results of work activities, collecting and evaluating performance to determine achievement of goals, and using performance information to make decisions and allocate resources. With our belief that the human element is paramount in all that we do - providing our associates with continuous feedback through our performance management system is a critical component of our combined success.
